Return Policy

At Lipyjo Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of your purchase.

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange:

   • The purchased item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
   • The item must have its original packaging.
   • Items purchased on sale may not be eligible for return or exchange.
   • Only items found defective or damaged will be replaced based on an exchange request.

2. Return/Exchange Request: If you need to initiate a return or exchange for an eligible product, please send us an email at support@lipyjo.com.

3. Exempt Items: Certain categories of products may be exempt from returns or refunds. These will be identified to you at the time of purchase.

4. Process: For accepted return/exchange requests, once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email regarding the receipt of the item. If the return/exchange is approved after our quality check, your request will be processed in accordance with our policies.
